Activities of the Continuing Training and Education Unit - A Glance of the Interplay Between Dental Specialty in Treating Head and Neck Cancer Patients and Their Rehabilitation
The Continuing Training and Education Unit at the College of Dentistry will hold a discussion session entitled: ‘A Glance of the Interplay Between Dental Specialty in Treating Head and Neck Cancer Patients and their Rehabilitation’.
The session will be held on Wednesday, 2 December, 2020 A.C., from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., via Google Meet. Dr. Amani Herandah will host Dr. Abrar Dumiati and Dr. Arwa Al-Saqqaf to discuss the following objectives:
1. To give a brief view of the basic knowledge about cancer in general.
2. To spread awareness about head and neck cancer.
3. To give a glance of the oncology treatments.
4. To illustrate the interdisciplinary approach in treating the cancer patients.
5. To show treated cases with different approaches.
