Mechanism for Dealing with Stumbling Students
- Each academic advisor shall prepare a report on cases of stumbling students in the group under his supervision, and the causes of stumbling shall be stated.
- The reports on stumbling students shall be studied by His Excellency the Academic Supervisor of the College, and the needs of the stumbling students shall be identified.
- Her Excellency the Academic Supervisor shall present the appropriate plans to address the causes of stumbling, especially in developing the abilities of the stumbling students, to His Excellency the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs to take necessary measures, such as identifying and setting up appropriate courses.
- Meetings should be made with academic advisors to discuss the implementation of plans to address and overcome the causes of the students' stumbling blocks.
- Each academic advisor, as soon as the examination results are announced, shall follow up on the improved achievement level of these students, and shall submit a report to Her Excellency the Academic Supervisor.
- Students who overcame their stumbling blocks shall be honored.
