Mechanical Measurement Laboratory

It is considered the dimensional measurements with accuracy up to 1-micron, angular measurements with accuracy up to 5 minutes and profile measurements such as roundness straightness and flatness. Roughness measurements are also conducted. The lab has the following facilities:

Gauge blocks – angle gauge block – limit gauges – calipers – micrometers – dial indicators – protractors – sensitive levels – bore gauges – clinometers – sine bar – Talysurf – Talyrond – surtronic+4 – mini Dekker – surface roughness in 2D and 3D.
