The Student Council is considered one of the newly developed channels that ensures continuous communication between the students and the department leadership. The council holds sessions on an annual basis, in which topics required to be discussed by students are presented through their representatives in all levels.
The Student Council aims to achieve the following objectives:

Representing students, expressing their opinions, and checking their needs regularly

Promoting the spirit of participation and cooperation between the students and members of the academic staff in the department

Spreading the spirit of leadership and responsibility amongst students

Practicing freedom of opinion and expression
- Educating students and urging them to abide by the rules and regulations in force in the university, perform well in their studies, achieve scientific progress, and deal with others properly
