Educational Institution

Every public or private educational institution offers regular study programs (undergraduate and postgraduate).

University

A scientific institution dedicated to higher education, scientific research and serving the community and environment with its legal personality and independent financial liability. It gives specialized license (Bachelor), higher license (Master) and doctorate (PhD) through its different colleges and departments.

College

A unit of higher education and scientific research of the university units; it may have an independent legal personality, which is an independent scientific entity within the university extension in all cases. It has a group of scientific departments commensurate with the nature of science majors in the college and gives specialized license (bachelor's), higher license (master) and doctorate (PhD) through its different colleges and departments.

Department

A fundamental scientific unit affiliated to the college in terms of the university physical structure and higher education. It is specialized in a field of knowledge and undertakes the task of preparing, organizing and implementing the educational and research programs.​
