Functions of the Scientific Activities and Community Service Committee

• Organize lectures and seminars in cooperation with the department's faculty members, and host lecturers.
• Organize regular academic meetings for the department's faculty members.
• Organize specific training courses and workshops for students and faculty members alike.
• Encourage students to engage in scientific contests (such as the Annual Scientific Forum).
• Organize academic trips (visits to Saudi universities, research centers, medical labs, natural reserves, etc.) 
• Develop academic programs for the society's advantage. 
• Encourage faculty members and students to engage in voluntary work and social activities.
