Abstract
This study has addressed the women’s demerits and abnormalities that Fuqaha’ mentioned in their books, which are: vaginal agenesia, intra vaginal tumour, rectovaginal fistula, vesicovaginal fistula, halitosis, bad breath, and metrorrhagia. It is indicated in the medical description, and the possibility and duration of treatment are varied; some of them are easy to cure and do not last long. Some are difficult to cure and may last a long time. Some conditions fall in between these two categories. This should be taken into consideration during the judiciary proceedings; the judge does not independently annulment without medical experience guiding and postpones treatment, if possible, considering the controls decided by the Fuqaha’ to address these demerits.
