Bidding Method
The bids are announced mainly through the official Media Center at Umm Al-Qura University, in addition to several other media channels.
Bidding Steps
- Apply to purchase the tender documents through "Etimad Platform", according to the dates stated in the announcement.
- The tender documents can be purchased through the company account, and the price of the documents shall be paid thereafter.
- The investor shall submit the documents (after completing its data and attachments) in a sealed envelope to the Investment Department, on the date specified in the bid announcement.
- The envelopes shall be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidding companies and institutions. The amount of tenders shall be announced to everyone.
- The tender shall be won by the highest bidder who submits his regular papers, in the event that the offered price is appropriate.
