1.

Submit to the supervisor Title, Abstract, and each Team member’s role in the team.

Week 4

The students

will not be allowed to register.  Registration will be cancelled.

2.

Submit to the Supervisor

the Time-Line (e.g. GANTT Chart)

of the project.

Week 5

10% grades of individual

Engineering logbook will be affected.

3.

Maintain Engineering logbook and get it checked by the Supervisor regularly (Engineering-Book). Submit Engineering Logbook to Supervisor for grading.

Weeks  8

50% grades of individual

Engineering logbook will be affected.

(0% grades will be given if student do not submit Engineering Logbook to supervisor by the end of Week-8

4.

Submit to the supervisor Phase Report  for the partial completion of the project along with the minutes of the meeting for discussing this report with the supervisor at the end of Week-8.

Week 8

100% grades of Phase Report 

will be affected if Phase Report is not submitted by the end of Week-8.

5.

Submit to the Supervisor all the checked engineering log-books

Week 14

50% grades of individual

Engineering logbook will be affected.

(0% grades will be given if student do not submit Engineering Logbook to supervisor by the end of Week-14.

6.

Submit to the supervisor and  and the two members of the assessment panel  three copies of the  Draft Final Report .

Week  14

5%  grades of the Final Report

 will be affected, and the project Presentation will be rescheduled.

7.

Submit to the Supervisor and Assessment Committee the copies of the corrected version of Final Report    along with graded Final Reports.  

Week 15

if student do not submits the corrected Final Report,  5%  grades of the Final Report

will be deducted
