Determining if equipment is in good condition or needs maintenance. Second: Preparing a report describing the device's condition: 1. Filling out the form with the scientific equipment to be returned to the General Administration of Educational Services, taking into account that it must be in Arabic. 2. Determining whether it is a device for a lecturer or a student, and mentioning the device manufacturer. 3. Providing the serial number of each device and stating the general condition of the device (good / in need of maintenance). 4. Attaching photos showing the condition of the devices.5. Submitting the report on the condition of the devices to the General Administration of Educational Services and following up on the necessary action.6. Ending the procedure by dropping the device’s custody from the college from which it was transferred.
It is a governmental form for dispensing applications to the bodies within the university from the materials stored in the warehouses. It is available at every college administration, institute, or entity affiliated with Umm Al-Qura University.
