-Registration and amendment of the registration requests via the departments will start on Thursday, 5 Shawwal, 1441 A.H. -Registration will end on Saturday, 7 Shawwal, 1441 A.H. -Study will start on Tuesday, 10 Shawwal, 1441 A.H. -Deadline for submitting apologies for the entire summer semester vie the e-portal is the fifth week of the semester. -It is not available for the students to withdraw from or suspend a course during the summer semester.
Final exams for the general requirements along with the continuation of the study will be from 25 to 29 Dhul-Qi`dah, 1441 A.H. Final exams for the rest of courses will be from 30 Dhul-Qi`dah, 1441 A.H. to 2 Dhul-Hijjah, 1441 A.H.
- Students can register 12 hours for the summer semester, at the most, according to the executive rules of study and exams applied by the university. - Graduates can register 14 hours, at the most.
-Students who are expected to graduate in the summer semester (1440-1441 A.H.). - Registration is available for all the students, according to the available seats in the courses offered. This will depend on the seniority of the classes as per the university numbers. - It is possible for graduates only to combine between registration for a course and training. - Priority of registration will given to summer training due to following the student’s study plan.
-Registration in the summer semester is optional. -Study during the summer semester of the academic year 1441 A.H. will take place via virtual classrooms (remotely) until the students are allowed to study in the university campus. - The summer semester will be treated in the same manner applied in the other semesters before shifting to distance education in terms of the exams, distribution of marks of each course, attendance, and absence. -Registration in the summer training courses and the remaining courses will be available for graduate students. It is also possible for non-graduates to register in the available courses.
