  • What should I do if I lose my password?
    A2 / When the password is lost, it can be restored by: * Accessing to the Admission Portal, * Clicking on (Forgot password), * Entering the civil registration number in the (registration number) field. * Specifing one way to recover your password (mobile - email - enter verification code).
  • What if I have not received an activation message in my email?
    A6\ Make sure of writing the e-mail correctly, or check your junk or random emails.
  • Can non-Saudi students of Saudi mothers be admitted to the university?
    A8\Non-Saudi male or female students, whose mothers are Saudis, are treated as Saudi students.
  • If I took back my file from the university, can I re-apply once again to it?
    A 11) * Withdrawal of the file during the admission period (one month) before announcing the schedule is considered a withdrawal from admission, and the student, who withdrew, is entitled to apply again to the university as a new student when the next year admission opens, according to the conditions of admission announced at the time. *Removing the file (after more than a month admission) is considered a (complete withdrawal) from the university, and this one has not the right to apply for the University again, except after four semesters from the date of withdrawal. *The students of the (Qualifying Year), (Evening Preparatory Year), (Affiliation) and (Diploma) who withdrew (complete withdrawal) are entitled to apply again through the portal (log in).
  • What are the requirements for external transfer to Umm Al Qura University?
    The transfer of a male or female student from outside the university to Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) in Makkah or one of its branches (Jamoum/ Al-Lith/ Adham/ Al-Qunfudah) is accepted according to the following rules: 1- The male\female student shall be Saudi or of a Saudi mother. 2- The male\female student shall be registered in an accredited college or university. 3- The student should complete at least one semester at his\her university. 4- S\he must not have completed more than 6 semesters at her\his university, so that s\he studies at least 60% of the courses at UQU. 5- S\he must not be dismissed from the University for disciplinary reasons. 6- The measured proportion of the male\female student shall be more than / or equal to the proportion of the less student accepted in the same specialization.
  • I filed an application last year and recorded my data on the electronic portal. However, I did not receive admission. Can I apply again?
    A. 1 / Your personal data are saved, you need to: *Access from (login). *Write registration number (civil registration number). *Enter your password. *Update your data if you have changes to your mobile phone or e-mail.
