Duties:

• Coordinating with the faculty members of the program to place their names on the courses accurately.
• Preparing study schedules for all academic years of each program.
• Preparing schedules of mid and final tests on the program courses.
• Organizing and conducting all types of tests, spotting probable difficulties, and resolving them efficiently.
• Ensuring that test regulations, with all approved academic standards, are applied on the program tests.
• Submitting the necessary test progress reports to the head of the department after the completion of tests.
• Continuous communication with the Academic Office for the coordination of classrooms, whether for courses or tests.
