Duties:

• Supervising the readiness of classrooms and laboratories for teaching, and checking on the implementation of scientific research for students.
• Providing laboratories with device manuals and sign boards.
• Preparing lists of the educational requirements for students.
• Preparing a list of current and prospective laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Preparing lists of supplies and equipment needed for scientific research.
• Following up on the supply of educational orders with the concerned bodies.
• Creating a database of the books available in the department library.
• Preparing a list of required book orders.
• Organizing various visits of academic members and student representatives to the libraries.
• Ensuring the availability of scientific resources for students, keeping an updated inventory of them, and continuing to increase these resources.
• Preparing necessary reports on the readiness status of laboratories and classrooms for the educational process.
• Preparing reports on student activities in the labs.
