The training body's assessment of the student constitutes 30% of the total grade of the summer training course. There are six points for assessment, as stated below; assessment for every point will range from one to five.
(excellent= 5, very good= 4, good= 3, satisfactory= 2, week =1 )
- Students' punctuality and abidance with training times.
- Students' care about training and their enthusiasm to work.
- Students' cooperation with others.
- Productivity and the quality of work assigned to the student.
- Usage of theoretical information.
- Behavior and general appearance.
Supervisor and Committee's Assessment of the Trainee, a total of 70 percent
The remaining 70% of the mark for the course are distributed as follows: 40% for academic supervisor assessment, and 30% for the evaluation of the examination committee that will discuss the scientific report later on. These marks are assigned as stated below:
Supervisor's assessment, a total of 40 marks:
- Weekly reports: 20 marks.
- Final report: 10 marks.
* Seriousness, participation, and the general behavior of the student during the training period: 10 marks.
Committee evaluation, a total of 30 marks:
- Student's presentation: 10 marks.
- Student's ability to form a clear idea about the work environment during field training: 10 marks.
- General appearance, self-confidence, and the ability to discuss: 10 marks.
