The Computer and Networks Engineering Department was awarded ABET accreditation for the second time. This accreditation is valid until September 30, 2025.

The College of Computing have an exceptional continuous improvement process that uses computerized data collection, assessment capabilities, and follow up tracking. This process "includes mapping course learning objectives to student outcomes, identifying "level of learning for each outcome, and level of attainment data, using a software package called CLOSO. This system reduces the instructor's time and effort in preparing and collecting data, increases the reliability of the data, and allows for timely processing of the data for analysis, identifying planned corrective actions, and closing the loop on the actions taken. This system makes the assessment and evaluation process highly sustainable.
