To play a theoretical and practical role in the Islamic economy via scientific and e-learning researches

General objectives

The department is meant to spread the principles of the Islamic economy depending on qualified cadres who have good knowledge about jurisprudence and economics for the development in various fields. This would happen as follows:

1. To prepare students in terms with the labor market requirements;
2. To design a study program in accordance with the academic accreditation standards;
3. To improve qualifications and to sharpen skills of the department's teaching staff; and
4. To encourage teaching staff to actively participate in the economic problem solving process from the point view of Islamic economics.
