The Department of Curriculum and Instruction Holds the Academic Advising Forum for Female Postgraduate Students

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction held the Academic Advising Forum for female postgraduate students on Tuesday, 20 Jumada Al-Thani, 1442 A.H. The activities were held in the presence of Her Excellency the Vice Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Busainah Al-Ghamdi, Her Excellency the Deputy Head of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Abeer Al-Orabi, Her Excellency the Academic Advisor at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Zakiah Al-Maliki, and Her Excellency the Deputy Head of the Training Course Center, Dr. Enas Al-Wafi. Moreover, the forum was honored by the attendance of a number of the academic staff members and a great number of female postgraduate students. The forum aimed at familiarizing the female students with laws and regulations pertaining to postgraduate studies, and at answering their most important inquiries.

The meeting began with a speech by the Vice Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Busainah Al-Ghamdi, who gave some advice for the postgraduate students and touched upon some regulations related to their studies. Next, the Deputy Head of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Abeer Al-Orabi, welcomed the female students and tackled the development of the postgraduate studies program at the department. She also talked about certain rules and regulations. Afterwards, Her Excellency the Academic Advisor of the female postgraduate students at the department, Dr. Zakiah Al-Maliki, talked about the most prominent regulations pertaining to master's and PhD degrees at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Her Excellency Dr. Enas Al-Wafi showed great excellence in managing and coordinating the dialogue and organizing technical matters.

At the end of the meeting, the most prominent inquiries were posed and answered, and the Department of Curriculum and Instruction and its female students were wished every success and prosperity.
