The College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies held a distance training course through the Zoom application entitled: "Effective Communication in the Light of the Coronavirus Crisis". The course was presented by Dr. Sabhah bint Hakem Al-Lehyani, Associate Professor at the Department of Kindergarten, on Sunday, 15 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1442 A.H. During the course, Dr. Sabah talked about the following themes:

• The art of effective communication with others is considered one of the basic skills that everyone is keen to acquire and apply in his life.
• Effective communication methods with others.
• Coronavirus pandemic: a cultural and social shift or a transient crisis?
• Social and psychological change in effective communication with others.
• Government decisions related to the coronavirus pandemic.
• The role of the educators and decision makers in light of the crisis.
• After the coronavirus pandemic!

At the end, the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies offered a certificate of acknowledgement and appreciation to Dr. Sabhah bint Hakem Al-Lehyani for the efforts she exerted.
