The Deanship for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, represented by Secretariat of the Academic Council, is pleased to congratulate the faculty members on their academic promotion approved by the UQU President in the Council's last meeting. The Deanship wishes them further success and achievements in the academic research field, praying to Allah for helping them achieve their academic aspirations.

The Secretariat of the Academic Council is expecting the esteemed faculty members mentioned below visit it at the end of the next week to receive their promotion certificates.

The Promoted Faculty Members are as follows:

- Dr. Khalid bin Khater Saeed Al-Obeidi was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, College of Education.

- Dr. Khalid bin Abdul-Rahman Abdullah was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, Department of Architectural and Engineering Research, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research.

- Dr. Hassan Mabrouk Mohammed Al-Salai was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, Department of Information Systems Engineering, the College of Computer and Information Systems.

- Dr. Khadija bint Mohammed Abdullah Al-Jizani was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, Department of Islamic Education, College of Education.
