The Department of History at Umm Al-Qura University is pleased to extend its sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency Prof. Fahd Ateeq Al-Maliki for winning the Dr. Abdullah Ali Al-Naim Award for the year 2020. Prof. Fahd won first place in the category devoted to the civilized history of the Arab world for his research contributions in the "Union of Arab Historians" in Cairo, with his research entitled: ‘Floors of the Grand Mosque 923–1436 A.H./1517–2005 A.C.’
