The Board of Directors of the Saudi Scientific Society for the Principles of Jurisprudence and the Objectives of Shari`ah as well as the editorial board of the 'Osol' Journal are pleased to dedicate to the general members of the society, Umm Al-Qura University, the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies, which hosts the society, and to researchers in general the third issue of 'Osol' Journal.
