Within the preparations of the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs for the new academic year, and to ensure the readiness of the infrastructure, the Supervisor of the UQU Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Babalghith, inspected the buildings of the Deanship of the Joint First Year in both the male and female sections in Al-Abdiyyah and Al-Shishah. He was accompanied by Her Excellency the Acting Dean of the Joint First Year, Dr. Azzah bint Muhammad Bannunah, His Excellency the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. Waheeb bin Dakhilullah Al-Harbi, His Excellency the Vice Dean, Dr. Ahmad bin Fawzi bin Siraj Arba`in, and the Vice Dean of the Medical and Administrative Streams, Her Excellency Dr. Haifaa bint Husain Hijazi, in coordination with the General Supervisor of the General Department of Educational Services, Dr. Khalid Al-Mutairi.

Following the tour, the Supervisor of the UQU Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Babalghith, referred to the importance of inspecting the buildings of the deanship in order to support the educational and academic process and in oder to provide the male and female students with an appropriate educational environment. He stated that the visit was only the beginning of a series of visits scheduled to follow up on all issues of the Deanship of the Joint First Year and ensure the continuous provision of all precautionary and health procedures. He also lauded the strenuous efforts exerted by the leadership of the deanship to ensure the quality of the educational process in all its campuses and branches.

At the conclusion of the visit, Her Excellency the Acting Dean of the Joint First Year, Dr. Azzah bint Muhammad Bannunah, praised the support received by the deanship from the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, and the continuous follow-up of His Excellency the Supervisor of the UQU Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Babalghith. She referred to the importance of such inspection visits, which reflect the keenness and continued support shown by the university leadership to the deanship, and the importance of this support in enabling the deanship to carry out its duties and achieve its educational role at this lofty edifice: Umm Al-Qura University.
