Admission of Male and Female Candidates in the Unpaid Postgraduate Study Programs for the Year 1442 A.H.

The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies congratulates the male and female candidates for their initial admission in the unpaid postgraduate study programs for the academic year 1442 A.H. We would like to point out the following:

First: To inquire about the status of nomination, the following steps should be followed:

1. Log into the applicant's account in the unified admission portal.
2. Press "My Requests" at the top of the page.
3. Review the request under "Current Requests".
4. The request's status will display as "Candidate or Non-candidate" at the top of the page.

Second: Confirmation of nomination

All prospect male and female candidates must agree to the pledge and confirm the nomination by clicking on the "Confirm Nomination" icon on the right of the application screen in the Unified Admission Portal no later than Monday, 15 Dhul-Qi`dah, 1441 A.H.

Third: Candidates who do not hold a government job

Procedures for issuing the university ID number will be completed by the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies after confirmation of nomination.

Fourth: Candidates holding government jobs (academic or other)

Procedures for issuing a conditional admission statement will be completed by the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies after confirmation of nomination. The deanship must be provided with:

• An administrative decision by the competent authority at the applicant's place of employment stating that the applicant will be full dedicated to the study for a period of no less than the minimum set by law to obtain the qualification for the PhD candidates.
• Obtaining the employer's approval, for the Master's and Higher Diploma candidates.
• The decision of the internal scholarships for teaching assistants and lecturers in Saudi universities.

Fifth: Notes

1. All male and female candidates must submit all original documents when requested to do so by the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies.
2. The deadline for receiving the decisions referred to under section "Fourth" is Thursday, 1 Muharram, 1442 A.H. Nominations will be considered invalid after that date.
