Under the supervision of the Qur’anic Guidance Chair, one of the academic chairs of the UQU Deanship of Scientific Research, the second remote defense of a PhD thesis within the project of the "World Encyclopedia of Qur'anic Guidance" will be held in academic collaboration with the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion, Umm Al-Qura University. The "World Encyclopedia of Qur'anic Guidance" includes 60 PhD thesis in the fields of tafsir (interpretation) and Qur'anic studies, with the participation of 28 universities from around the world.

The researcher's defense will be held on Wednesday, 10 Dhul-Qi`dah, 1441 A.H., corresponding to 1 July, 2020 A.C., at 9:00 a.m., with the thesis entitled, "The Qur’anic Guidance in Surat Al-Baqarah (from Verse 75 to 141): An Applied Study".
