His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, issued an administrative decision appointing Dr. Muhammad bin Raddah bin Atiyyatullah Al-Omari as Vice Dean of the Institute of Manuscripts and Revival of Islamic Heritage for a tenure of two years, from 4 Ramadan, 1441 A.H.

His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help Prof. Muhammad and grant him success in performing his duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of this university to enable it to reach its desired goals.
