The distribution of grades for the current academic semester in public and private universities, as indicated by the Minister of Education, shall be as follows: (80) marks assigned to the course semester activities and (20) marks to the final evaluation or exam. However, it is possible for courses with specific characteristics to employ other distributions of grades.
