In line with the recommended precautionary plans of the Ministry of Health to prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus by avoiding direct contact with others and staying at home, Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the University Medical Center, has suspended the work of the specialized clinics and stopped receiving patients starting from Wednesday, 1 Sha`ban, 1441 A.H., until further notice.

The center's decision to suspend work excludes emergency cases, for which a schedule has been set to receive them only during the working hours. This comes within the center's keenness to maintain the safety of the affiliates and visitors, and to make them avoid what contradicts the preventive measures set to confront the spread of (COVID-19).
