His Excellency the UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Abdul-Wahhab Al-Resini, inaugurated, through the University Journals Office, the initiative entitled: "Your Book on Your Office Bookshelf". The initiative is based on the development vision of the Makkah region, originating from the principles of human development and land construction. This project falls under the initiatives of the Makkah Cultural Forum, under the slogan: “How to be a good example according to the Qur'an".

The Editor-in-Chief of the Social Sciences Journal, Prof. Osama Al-Madani, explained the implementation plan for the initiative and the services provided to the reader. The launching took place in the presence of His Excellency Prof. Turki Habibullah, Deputy General Supervisor of the University Journals Office, Her Excellency Dr. Nahla Tayyib, Deputy General Supervisor of the University Journals Office, His Excellency the General Coordinator of Scientific Journals, and a number of employees of the Vice Presidency and its affiliated entities.

On his part, Al-Resini praised the efforts of the University Journals Office, represented in the Supervisor of the Office, His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Al-Sufi, in preparing a suitable place for the readers. He stated that the integrated organization and good preparation he saw was not uncommon for the University Journals Office.
