His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), issued an administrative decision to appoint Dr. Tahani bint Muqbil Al-Qurashi as Vice Dean of the Institute of Manuscripts and Revival of the Islamic Heritage for Technical Affairs and Development for a tenure of six months, from 8 Jumada Al-Thani, 1441 A.H.

His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help her and grant her success in performing her duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of this university to enable it to reach its desired goals.
