- Must be Saudi.
- Must not be working for any government agency.
- Must be qualified for holding "instructor" or "assistant professor" posts.
- Must not be over 45-years-old (for associate and assistant professor posts), not over 34 (for the instructor post), and and not over 29 for TA post.
