The Academic Council Secretariat is pleased to inform the academic staff of the approval by His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University of their promotions included in the eleventh session of the Academic Council, for the academic year 1441 A.H. The secretariat members wish all newly appointed academic staff great success in the field of scientific research, and supplicate Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to encompass them with His care, supporting them in the accomplishment of their goals and in the fulfillment of their aspirations.

1. 1 - Promotion of His Excellency Dr. Adel bin Omar Bahathiq, Associate Professor in the Department of Physiology at the College of Medicine, to professor.
2. Promotion of His Excellency Dr. Basim bin Yusuf bin Muhammad Ali Al-Kazhimi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Computer and Information Systems, to professor.
3. Promotion of His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Mathri Ayed Al-Hawaiti, Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education at the College of Education, to associate professor.
4. Promotion of His Excellency Dr. Sami bin Sadaqah bin Abdul-Wahid Ashqar, Assistant Professor in the Department of Microorganisms at the College of Medicine, to associate professor.
5. Promotion of His Excellency Dr. Amir Mustafa Al-Baqluti, Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics Skills at the Joint First Year Deanship, to associate professor.
6. Promotion of Her Excellency Dr. Inas bint Ahmad bin Ali Al-Sulaimi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Education at the College of Education, to associate professor.
7. Promotion of Her Excellency Dr. Fatimah bint Ali bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods at the College of Education, to associate professor.
