Represented by the Department of Members of Staff and Employees Affairs, UQU Vice-Presidency organized a workshop titled, “Hader (Ready)” System: Update Pros & Rationing Bonuses" on Sunday 3rd Rabi'II 1438H, at the Abediyah-based King Abdulaziz Supporting Hall (for men) and at the same time at the Al-Zahir-based Khoqair Hall (for women). The workshop was attended by Mr. Omar Ahmad Ba Zar’a, Members of Staff and Employees Affairs Department Assistant Head, and Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Attas, Head of “Hader (Ready)” System.
The workshop started with a speech by Mr. Omar Ahmad Ba Zar’a in which he said, "The workshop is within the framework of the care and attention by UQU Vice-Presidency and the initiatives thereof concerning administrative distinct and development of all governmental services. It is also included in the Vice-Presidency's plan to organize periodical workshops that target male and female managers and assistants in order to enhance the organizational environment." In addition, he expressed his admiration of the follow up and care by the President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), Dr. Bakri bins Maatooq Assas, and Dr. Yasser bin Suleiman Shosho, UQU Vice-President, regarding the organization of such workshops that improved the administrative system.
This was followed by a speech by Dr. Muhammad Attas, Follow-Up Assistant Manager, about “Hader (Ready)” System which started on 1st JumadahII 1435H and was fully generalized on 1st Shaaban 1438H. He also talked about the fifth edition update of the system, which included statistics, non-attendance, late arrival of administrative employees, as well as special missions. Moreover, he noted that the system was connected to administrative formations, and talked about the role of the Department of Members of Staff and Employees Affairs in observation of vacations and deductions via “Hader (Ready)” System.
Afterwards, the two presenters of the workshop replied to the queries of the attendees, and stressed the significance and activation of the directions, instructions and follow up by the President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), Dr. Bakri bins Maatooq Assas, and Dr. Yasser bin Suleiman Shosho, UQU Vice-President, in this regard.
