Under the auspices of the Education Directorate in Makkah, events of the World Mental Health Day were organized under the title, "Promoting Mental Health, and Avoiding Anxiety and Stress", at the 'Sixteen High School'. On Wednesday, 23 of Rabi` Al-Awwal, Dr. Hanan Amin Mahboub delivered a lecture entitled, "How to Get Rid of Examination Anxieties". The topic was discussed from three axes, as follows:
The first axis tackled the scientific concept of anxiety, types and components of anxiety, and what is facilitating anxiety and debilitating anxiety, as well as psychological, mental and physiological disorders associated with anxiety.
The second axis discussed how to deal with the circle of interest as well as the circle of influence of the students, and the different types of students during the examination season.
The third axis dealt with suggested techniques to reduce examination anxiety, strategies to reduce forgetting information during examinations, skills to be prepared for examinations, and ways of dealing with them.
In addition, a community partnership was held between the Makkah Education Directorate, represented by the Sixteen High School, and Umm Al-Qura University, represented by Dr. Hanan Amin Mahboub.

This mode adjusts the website to be easier to read for people with Dyslexia, which is a reading disability characterized by trouble with reading despite normal intelligence.
ADHD Friendly Mode
Reduces distractions and improve focus
This mode helps users with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders to read, browse, and focus on the main website elements more easily while significantly reducing distractions.
Blindness Mode
Allows using the site with your screen-reader
This mode configures the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is software for blind users that is installed on a computer and smartphone, and websites must be compatible with it.
