The Department of Chemistry at Al-Leith University College delivered an activity entitled, "The Chemistry Café", on Tuesday, 22 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H., under the supervision of Dr. Manal Al-Samih. 

Through this activity, the female students presented a simplified explanation of all the items available at cafes, in terms of their relation to Chemistry, such as coffee, its constituents, its impact on human health, its effect of motivating moods, and why it is addictive. Similarly, discussions tackled tea, chocolate, nuts, and some other drinks, such as mint and ginger.
