The two branches of the Department of Interior Design participated in the reception of Al-Hakam bin Hisham High School students on Monday, 29 Safar 1441 A.H. The students were received by His Excellency the Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Abdullah Al-Thaqafi, the Head of the Department of Interior Design, Dr. Abdullah Al-Jabri, and the faculty members: Dr. Abdul-Majeed Sabbagh, Dr. Abdullah Suruji, Dr. Muhammad Hajjaj, and Dr. Hossam Al-Wardani.

The staff of the Department of Interior Design gave an overview about the department to the students. They further explained what design is in terms of form and function, its psychological significance, in addition to giving them a tour of the departments and the college classrooms.

The visit included a wonderful gesture from the current college of designs students, when they mingled with the students of Al-Hakam ibn Hashem High School and exchanged dialogues on the courses and the outcomes of the Department of Interior Design.

Mr. Khalid Al-Qasimi, the Social Supervisor at the Guidance and Counseling Center, also commended the warm welcoming reception and hospitality.
