On Monday, 29 Safar, 1441 A.H., at 10 a.m., His Excellency the Dean of the College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah, Dr. Alawi bin Muhammad Bamahdi, chaired the second meeting for the College Council for the academic year (1440–1441 A.H.), in the college meeting hall. The meeting was attended by the college vice deans and heads of the departments.

During the meeting, the College Council discussed a number of topics stated on its agenda, including several academic, research and administrative topics related to many scientific and educational aspects of scholarships, committees, and scientific research.
