Believing in the significance of self-development and change which had become a necessity in all the domains of life, under the sponsorship of the Deanship of Students Affairs, and in cooperation with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute, the Preparatory Year Club organized a course titled, “Journey to Self-Discovery.” The course continued throughout Tuesday and Wednesday 7-8^th Rabi’I 1438H.

The course included a number of elements such as self-acceptance, time-management, self-recognition and self-stimulation. It also involved an explanation of how to avoid tension and nervousness, manage emotions and feelings, present one’s self positively, and improve self-image. The course, then, clarified the significance and influence of self-confidence.

The course was attended by a number of the Deanship’s female students and affiliates, who participated in the discussion and shared their points of view and queries.

It is evident that the organization of such courses reflects the Deanship’s prioritization of the direction and awareness of its female students, within its objective achievement. The Deanship also is proven to care about the spread of change and self-development cultures.
