The College of Applied Medical Sciences (@FAMS_UQU) has signed a memo of understanding with Dr. Samir Abbas Hospitals (@dsahospital) for cooperation in the field of student training and qualification, and recruiting graduates from the departments of medical laboratories, clinical nutrition, physiotherapy, respiratory care, and other medical science specializations.
The College Dean, Dr. Ayman Al-Sa'igh, confirmed the keenness of the college - as per the directives of the UQU President - to sign memos of understanding with the public and private health institutions to provide training and qualifications for the college graduates. He pointed out the college's aspirations for more cooperation with the private medical sector as a strategic partner for the public sector.
Dr. Samir Abbas stressed the readiness of the hospital to cooperate with the UQU College of Applied Medical Sciences in all fields. He pointed out that the hospital is fully geared up to provide training and qualification for the college's male and female students in accordance with the college requirements and training plans.
