The Curriculum Department at the College of Education participated in the Educational Affairs Forum organized by the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs. His Excellency Dr. Sayyid Sha`ban Abdul-Aleem, Associate Professor in Educational Technologies, presented a research paper on interactive e-learning strategies and their role in developing the academic skills of students, using different learning methods.
Dr. Fa'izah bint Muhammad Al-Maghrabi, Associate Professor in Educational Technologies, also presented a working paper on "the impact of an integrated interactive video-based learning environment on developing the skills of designing navigation patterns, using interactive educational software for the students of the UQU College of Education."
The events also included showcasing many successful experiences as well as scientific posters.
Moreover, the College of Education participated in the scientific committees headed by His Excellency the College Vice Dean, Prof. Murdi bin Ghurmullah Al-Zahrani, Dr. Ali Al-Qarni, and Dr. Fatimah Al-Ghamdi.
The college also participated in scientific meetings; His Excellency Prof. Hisham Al-Samadani co-chaired the first scientific meeting, and Dr. Fatimah bint Ali Al-Ghamdi was the vice chairman of the third scientific meeting.
