On Monday, 1 Safar 1441 A.H., His Excellency UQU Vice President, Prof. Farid bin Ali Al-Ghamdi, made an Inspection visit to the Warehouses Administration and Storage Monitoring Administration. He was received by Mr. Mahmoud Buqas, the Director of Warehouses Administration, his Deputy Abdul-Mu`in Al-Hashimi, the employees of the administration, as well as the Director of the Storage Monitoring Administration, Mr. Ahmad Al-Mu`alim, his deputy, and the employees of the administration .

During his visit, Prof. Farid examined the mechanism of work of the Warehouses Administration and the scope of work of the units in the administration, including the departments of the secretariat, outgoing and incoming correspondence, archives, along with the Computer, Coordination and Development Unit, the warehouse departments and the scope of work of each department, and the return warehouse and its items, including the furniture, devices and equipment.

He visited the Storage Monitoring Administration and its departments, and listened to a detailed explanation from the administration's director about the scope of work of each department.

His Excellency the UQU Vice President, Prof. Farid Al-Ghamdi, clarified that such inspection visits of a number of the vital utilities came due to the directions of His Excellency UQU's President, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, who is keen on providing an appropriate educational environment for the university's students and employees. He pointed out that the university vice presidency, via the Warehouses Administration and Storage Monitoring Administration, works on providing all the needs of the colleges, institutes and research centers by creating an educational environment that promotes this university, Allah willing.
