Dates and Locations of the Written Exams for the Applicants for the Paid PhD Programs During the Academic Year 1441



The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies announces the dates and locations of the written exams for the applicants for the PhD programs during the Academic Year 1441 A.H, where the written exams will be conducted on Monday 25 Jumada Al-Thani 1440 A.H., as announced earlier in the schedule of the admission procedures.

The written exam can only be conducted by those who satisfy all the announced conditions. The exams of those who do not fulfill the conditions shall be invalid, and they shall bear full responsibility for the consequences of violating the regulations and conditions.

It should be taken into consideration that candidates should be present at least half an hour before the start of the exam. The following documents have to be produced:

  1. The original of their national identity card.
  2. A printout of the admission notification from the applicant's account on the unified admission portal.
  3. Documents proving the research potentials of the applicant (if any), such as:
  • A copy of any published or reviewed scientific research.
  • A certificate of participation in a scientific conference.
  • A copy of any printed or published book.
  • A copy of published scientific articles.
  • A proof of receiving a subsidy from one of the research sponsors.
  • A proof of participation within a research group.
  • A patent registration certificate.
  • A certificate of research awards received.
  • Certificates of attendance in research training courses.

We would also like to apologize for the inability to open the PhD. program in the specialization of Pure Mathematics and the specialization of Applied Mathematics. This is due to not receiving the minimum limit of numbers required to open the program. The mechanism of refunding the application fees of all male and female applicants will be announced soon.
