To receive the graduation documents, you should visit the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies (Al-Zahir Campus – Building D – Third Floor) and bring the following documents:

• A copy of the e-clearance form.
• A copy of the thesis delivery form.
• The university card, and a copy of the national ID.
