In collaboration with the Makkah Visit Affairs Program, a subsidiary to the Sacred Mosque Delegations Endowment, a delegation from Japan consisting of 17 university students coming to perform Umrah visited the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-native Speakers on Tuesday, 26 Rajab, 1440 A.H. They were received by the Head of the Department of Arabic Language Teaching, His Excellency Dr. Arif Al-Usaimi, and a number of the department professors.
His Excellency welcomed the delegation and explained the conditions of admission to the institute and the method of registration, then gave a brief introduction about the institute and its leaders. It represents a part of what the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia offers in service to Islam and the esteemed Arabic language. The institute also represents the generous support given by the government to overcome obstacles and harness potential to serve foreign students.
