The Preparatory Year Deanship for medical studies – females, represented in the deanship students club, organized an event titled “An approach to medical sciences (medical terms) during the period from Monday to Wednesday: 30/01/1438H to 02/02/1438H.

Both Dr. Fatma Ahmed Shehata and Mrs. Ashwaq Salman Al-Jahny gave lectures where they discussed medical terms that help females understand medical courses and texts.

In addition, the event clarified proper ways for translating terms and identifying their meanings, whilst, females participated in discussing some issues pertinent to medical terms.

The event ended with answering some questions and inquiries raised by females.

This comes within the framework of the Preparatory Year Deanship interest in implementing instructions given by the Preparatory Year Dean, Dr. Saad bin Said Al-Ghamdy, under the supervision of the Preparatory Year Vice-Dean for medical studies, Dr. Heba bin Said Al-Amoudy.
