The Accounting Department at Jamoum University College has organized a student activity entitled, "E-Marketing through Social Media," on Sunday, 26 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H. It aims to introduce students to marketing methods through social media (Instagram,Twitter, and Snapchat), and study the behavior of the e-consumer by practically applying some marketing methods on the female students at the college.
The activity also touched on the difference between traditional marketing and e-marketing, and referred to the most prominent platforms that give certificates in the field of e-marketing. A group of students introduced the subject of obsession with buying international brands and the means of attractions used by the promoters.
This activity is part of the extracurricular activities provided by the departments which aim at promoting awareness and educating the female students.
