Today, His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, received a report on the training programs held for the university staff during the academic year (1439/1440 A.H.). This took place in his office, during his meeting with the UQU Vice President, Dr. Yasir Shosho, and the Director of the Administrative Development Department, Dr. Waleed Simbawah.

His Excellency praised the training programs offered to the staff by the General Administration Institute as part of the general program, the universities' program, the business center's programs, as well as training courses offered at the female section, training courses offered abroad, and internal scholarship programs.

His Excellency confirmed that he is keen to develop the UQU administrative environment along with its personnel, as it is an essential element that supports the educational, academic, and research processes. During the meeting, the attendees discussed points pertaining to the development of the administrative work by offering opportunities for development, training programs, and scholarships.

On his part, Mr. Waleed Simbawah praised the support given by His Excellency the UQU President and the Vice President to the department, and their constant follow-up of its work. He also praised the efforts of the work team, and asserted his keenness to provide everything that will improve the level of performance and productivity of all the staff.
