The Deanship of Libraries Affairs at Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) received a student delegation from the Colleges of Business Administration in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, accompanied with the Dean of the College of Business Administration at UQU, Dr. Sultan bin Ayed Al-Baqmi. The visit was paid on Wednesday, Rajab 6, 1437H.
The delegation was welcomed by the Vice-Dean of Libraries Affairs, Dr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Shamrani, the Library Director for Technical Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Abdou Al-Ahdal, along with the Public Relations Officer at the Deanship of Libraries Affairs, Mr. Abdul Raheem Abdul Rahman Al-Suleimani who accompanied the delegation on the introductory tour.
The delegation was received at the hall of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Library, where a presentation on the library’s services was displayed, and then the delegation took a tour in the library to get introduced to its collectibles.
As the visit drew to a close, Dr. Al-Baqmi extended thanks and appreciation to the Deanship of Libraries Affairs for their kind hospitality, and then the delegation took photo ops in the library.
