The Vice Deanship of the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies for Training and Community Service held a training course on 9 Jumada Al-Thani,1440 A.H., from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., at Al-Jawharah Hall. The course was entitled, "Relationship Management", and was presented by Ms. Sarah Ali Al-Ansari, a certified trainer and employee at the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.

The trainer started the course by thanking Her Excellency Dr. Maha Al-Utaibi, the Vice Dean of the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies for Training and Community Service, for giving her the opportunity to participate in this initiative aiming to improve the performance of the UQU female employees and enhance the work environment at the university. Next, the trainer provided a definition of relationships, and their importance for building a healthy life. She delineated the course objectives and key topics as follows: relationship types, relationship pillars, how relationships are built, relationship vitamins, viruses undermining relationships. She explained that man is capable of adapting to the various circumstances in the community despite the pressures of life, and stressed that one should not vent his anger either on others around him or on himself, because this will not change the situation in the slightest. She also highlighted that the essence of human happiness lies in being satisfied with whatever Allah has endowed us with, and knowing with certainty that He is the Sole Protector of His slaves. She pointed out real-life examples, and there was effective communication between the trainer and the trainees throughout the course.

At the end of the course, the Vice Dean of the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies for Training and Community Service commended the trainer and her desire to carry on with her distinguished service, and wished her more success. A certificate of thanks and appreciation was given to the trainer for her cooperation with the college, and for her presenting a course on relationship management.
