The Deanship of Joint First Year announces the date of exams for male and female applicants of academic posts occupied by non-Saudis who were eligible according to the conditions stated during the application, and whose fields of specialization matched the advertised ones. The written exams shall take place on Tuesday, 12 February 2019 A.C., corresponding to 7 Jumada Al-Thani 1440 A.H., at 1:00 p.m. Candidates should be present at least an hour before the start of the exam to have their papers checked.

• The exam for women shall be held at the University City in Al-Abdiyyah - College of Medicine - Female section: Click here.

Candidates should bring the original of the following documents:

• National ID. The candidates should show their national ID before entering the exam room, otherwise they will not be permitted to take the exam.
• All certificates and academic records, and a statement of comparability if the degree was awarded by an external university (original and a copy).
• A statement from the electronic Abshir system that the applicant is not employed by any government agency.
